CUSTOM ORDERING
PROCESS
Want to place a custom order? Start here!
After submitting a custom request form we will get back to you in 72 hours or less with our availability. At this point we will ask you for inspiration images, color schemes, themes, etc. that we can use when building your custom design plan. Your design plan will be emailed to you along with pricing information. Once you receive a design plan you will have 72 hours to confirm your order. If we do not hear from you within that time frame we will assume that you do not want to proceed with your order and your spot will not be held. Quantity and designs must be finalized no later than 3 weeks prior to the pick up date. For more information on our shop's policies scroll down!
PRICE
Our custom cookies start at $5/cookie. Price is dependent on the complexity of the design and we require a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies.
PACKAGING
All of our cookies are individually packaged in a clear cellophane bag with an ingredient label and heat sealed to preserve freshness. Our cookies will stay fresh for 1-2 weeks at room temperature. Ribbons, bows and tags can be included for an additional fee.
AVAILABILITY
We require at least three weeks advance notice for all custom orders and your request is subject to availability. Any orders submitted less than 7 days prior to pick up date is subject to a 25% rush fee.
PAYMENT
We require that all custom orders be paid in full upfront in order to reserve a spot in our calendar. Orders are not guaranteed until we have received payment.
FLAVORS
Our signature cookie flavor is the classic sugar cookie with royal icing. We also offer lemon, chocolate, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and gluten free for an additional charge.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your pick up date for a full refund. No refunds will be given after that time unless you reschedule your order to a later date.
